Fuck Around And Find Out: Montgomery Alabama 2023

Parents…What Are You Going To Tell Your Children About Black Folk Now?

Malcolm was right. Eventually, Black men are going to start thinking that they deserve to hit first and ask questions later, and we’re getting to that point, quickly.

This is a big question: Mom, Dad, and Parents, what happened in Montgomery Alabama and why are Black people everywhere cheering?

Actually, it’s two questions, but they are important to ask, and one day kids are going to ask.

What happened was that a white man thought he was going to kill a Black man and get away with it.

That’s what happened, and Black people said “No.”

It did not — and I’ve said this before — Start with George Floyd, or Breonna Taylor, or Emmit Till.

It started when a group of white men decided Black men, women, and children, were sellable, like animals, for profit. In the worst way. It continued with four hundred years of slavery, and just under 150 years, yes that’s right 150 years, of any possibility of freedom.

But we don’t have it yet.

Yes, Black people can sit wherever they want on the bus, but can they? How can you say that’s true when Black folk get the cops called on them for the most innocuous reasons, often by white women attempting to weaponize the police?

Devonna Walker was murdered in the street for standing up for herself against white racists.

Breonna Taylor was murdered in her bed while she was sleeping.

Jordan Neely was murdered for what amounts to asking for something to eat and drink.

These things happened, and when they happened everyone from Whoopie Goldberg to Marlon Waynes called for peace, calm, and quiet…from Black folks.

Well, what happened in Montgomery Alabama, is that Black folk said “No more remaining silently back while one of us is murdered by mobs of people…” and that my friends is the end of the story of Fuck Around and Find Out.

Black folk have had enough of sitting around while their cousins, sisters, daughters, mothers, brothers, sons, and uncles are killed. So yes we will wear our chair earrings, and we will remember when ONE Black man was saved by the MANY.

We will remember Alabama as a revolutionary act in the war on Black people because this is a war we’ve been fighting every day of our lives.

Recently CNN did a story on Ukranian mothers giving birth at war, and all I could think to myself was “Black women in America do that all the time, what’s the big deal?” Because Black women have been at war with American white folk for centuries, and we’re the only ones who know it.

Black kids grow up knowing they are hated for shit they can’t control, so you bet your ass every BLACK Parent in America is holding up the videos of Montgomery Alabama to show their kids that Black people are fighting back, finally.

I don’t know how bad it’s going to get, but I told you that Black folk is going to start fighting back, and this is just the beginning, it’s going to get worse before it gets better because that’s how shit always happens with humans.

White humans specifically, stir the pot, weaponize the police, and the neighborhood against Black folk, and then y’all are constantly shocked when we hit back.

When I was 22, I had a white girl decide, on purpose, to call me a Nigger, with a hard r, so I slapped her. She was trying to diminish me by using that word, trying to “put me in my place.” I didn’t even think about it. It was the first time in my life I’d ever gotten violent before, and it didn’t feel good but you bet your ass it felt fucking necessary.

Yes, Black folk got arrested in Montgomery Alabama and I am using this page to support those folk because they did a service to that Black security guard and more than likely saved his life.

Those white folks went after a 16-year-old teenager who was defending his coworker, they were going to kill that man like they did Jordan Neely, and no one was going to stop them until the Black folks stepped in. I want you to remember that.

I want you to remember that Black folk have had enough of seeing their blood spilled on the ground for the entertainment of the masses, so when Black folk really hit back, and I mean, REALLY begin to start hitting back, remember…we told you so.

Sending all my love,
